When can I get an engineer or designer from you?
Once you have completed the preparation conditions, confirmed the proposal and quotation provided by us, we will arrange professional engineer and designer to interface with you.
What are the raw materials used?
The main materials used in our products are compliance with environmental requirements and silicone parts that meet sanitary standards, as well as world-renowned electrical components and chips. We can also make any custom design for you according to your needs.
What are the payment options?
You can use T/T, Western Union, or PayPal if you can accept a slightly higher fee, but please note that for new customers, we only accept the 30% T/T of the payment, or if you have been with us for years and run into cash flow pressure, we do offer OA credit.
How long does it usually take for me to receive the goods?
Depends on whether you want to do customization your products or not, and also depends on the speed of customs clearance and logistics. but we can guarantee to ship regular products in less than 30 business days. If you want to receive the goods as soon as possible, you can choose Express, usually, it takes 5~10 days.
